Item return 

We have a 30 day policy. Once 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange. 

If you choose to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. You must also send us your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer. We will handle that.

please note that we can only process returns for merchandise purchased at punkcase.com. merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Need to refund a purchase?

To receive a refund of your purchase, we must first receive and inspect the item you wish to return. The PunkCase staff will notify you via email when we have received your return and when we’ve determined whether or not your refund is approved. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
